Guido Ojeda, an Argentine chef with over 20 years of experience, has made his mark in prestigious hotels and restaurants worldwide. From Oman and Uruguay to Spain, Dubai, and Iceland, he has led renowned establishments like El Bulli Hotel-Hacienda Benazuza and The Edition Hotel in Iceland.
Recognized for his culinary expertise and commitment to sustainability, Guido earned Michelin recognition for two consecutive years and led TIDES Restaurant to secure the Green Key Certification for eco-friendly operations. His passion for innovation and excellence continues to elevate dining experiences globally.

German Sozzi is an Argentine chef with over a decade of global culinary experience, specializing in fine dining, private catering, and luxury hospitality. His career has taken him across Europe, Argentina, and the Middle East, refining his expertise in French, Mediterranean, and Argentinian cuisine.
Before joining Alera at Kimpton Grand Roatán, German honed his craft at prestigious venues such as Les Bubbles by Robuchon in NEOM, Saudi Arabia, and led culinary teams at high-end boutique hotels and exclusive private dining experiences. His passion for innovation, attention to detail, and deep appreciation for quality ingredients make him a key force behind Alera’s refined gastronomic experience.

Andrea BaldiAndrea is an Italian bartender and sommelier with an international career. With over seven years of experience in wine and spirits tastings, he has worked in destinations such as Dubai, Australia, Spain, and Colombia, refining his expertise in mixology and enology. His passion for travel and culture has led him to create unique experiences in the world of cocktails and wine, combining elegance, creativity, and a deep appreciation for flavors and aromas.
