His passion for innovation, attention to detail, and deep appreciation for quality ingredients make him a key force behind Alera’s refined gastronomic experience.

Andrea BaldiAndrea is an Italian bartender and sommelier with an international career. With over seven years of experience in wine and spirits tastings, he has worked in destinations such as Dubai, Australia, Spain, and Colombia, refining his expertise in mixology and enology. His passion for travel and culture has led him to create unique experiences in the world of cocktails and wine, combining elegance, creativity, and a deep appreciation for flavors and aromas.
